The Sips of the Spring Market

It wouldn’t be a Fetch Market without a selection of stellar seasonal cocktails to enjoy while you’re shopping – and the Spring Market’s drink menu is sure to please. Created by our bar manager Chad Michael George, we’ve got plenty of libations sure to but a spring in your step on April 13 & 14.

To get you an early taste – or rather, a sip – of the Spring Market, we asked Chad for the recipes for two of our faves: the Spanish G&T (because of Spring = gin and tonic season) and El Diablo, a bright tequila cocktail. Make them at home – or, simply buy your ticket to the Spring Market and sip on one while perusing all of our stellar vendors!

Spanish G&T

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Tanqueray Gin
  • Q Tonic
  • Citrus peel
  • Fresh berries

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill glass ice
  • Add Tanqueray, citrus peel and berries
  • Top with Q Tonic 
  • Start sipping your way into Spring!

El Diablo

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Lunazul Tequila
  • .5 oz creme de cassis
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • Lime slice for garnish 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake
  • Pour into glass 
  • Garnish with lime slice and enjoy that Spring-y feelin’!
