It’s the first Friday of spring and all of us at Fetch HQ couldn’t be more excited. While us Coloradoans know that there’s still some cold weather ahead, we’ve had a pep in our step these past few days thanks to the sun, slightly warmer temps and a little bit of cocktailing on the patio.
Now that it’s officially spring, the best way to celebrate the season is by buying your tickets for the Spring Market, of course! Head here to snag yours – and, don’t forget to check out our Spring vendor lineup, too. (Note: the Market dates are now Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14 – no Friday night event this round!).
Our team is looking forward to carrying the spring-y feelin’ into the weekend ahead, but before we do – here are a few things we’ve been digging this week:
Recently, TED Talks have Paige feeling inspired – listen to one of her faves about the link between exercise, memory, and attitude.
On Blake’s must-see list the next time he’s in NYC: Snark Park, an inventive new exhibition and retail space.
Those April (and March, May and June) showers are on their way and Rachael is ready to sing in the rain with her new pink raincoat.
Paige is getting geared up for Passover (only a month away) and will be practicing her macaroon skills this weekend. If you’re feeling up for some baking, give it a go yourself with this recipe.
A fascinating account of traveling the US by train in modern times.
In preparation for all of the green spring veggies, Devon’s stocking up on these to make picture perfect grain bowls. (Also, bonus: Anthropologie is offering 20% off everything today only for Anthro Members!)
If you find yourself in LoDo during lunchtime, make a visit to Blake’s new fave food truck, Picante Grill, for a few authentic tacos. Blake’s go-to is the barbacoa.
A bright way to send punchier thank yous.
In search of the perfect eyeliner? Rachael’s found it.
Devon’s Instagram feed is benefitting from modern poet Amy Turn Sharp’s short yet powerful poem posts.
We’re on board with this argument for stepping it up and making French toast on a weekday.
