WHAT DOES YOUR BRAND MEAN TO YOU?
My name is Paul Talbot and what my brand means to me is a great question – CBD has become a passion project, with always caring about people and wanting the best for those around me I have found a way to engage with people in a meaningful way, educate those and help them find relief for their ailments with a natural product that I feel good about putting in their bodies and on their counters at home.
WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION FOR STARTING CBD INFUSED MARKETPLACE?
The inspiration was my mother Deborah, she was a nurse working in elderly care for her whole life and herniated a disc picking a patient up off the ground. Over the last 3 years or so she has really deteriorated having a neuropathy in her leg due to the herniated disk impingement that the insurance company didn’t want to cover so after a year of fighting then she finally won and had the surgery but during that time the nerve damage in her legs was Permanente and now she can barely walk because of the wait and damage to the nerves. We would get her THC/CBD combination which helped a lot, but she didn’t like the psychoactive effects so when CBD became legal and could be shipped, we started using this for her pain management and it has made a world of difference. Seeing these results with my mother and now with many other people, it has made the mission even clearer.
HOW HAS YOUR BRAND EVOLVED AND GROWN?
The evolution of Infused CBD Marketplace changes as we are still finding out how to best approach consumers through our online platform, marketing, and advertising through traditional channels are not accessible to CBD companies so that is an ever-evolving process. Also, sourcing new products is important to fill the gaps in our catalog with products that we are passionate about. Currently, we are looking to raise money to help grow our product line, do more marketing and advertising and start a highly curated CBD experience through brick and mortar stores.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PRODUCT OR COLLECTION YOU’VE CREATED?
The collections we are most proud of are our beverages and edibles. We always want people to have an amazing experience with CBD and making sure that the flavors and textures of the products we carry meet that makes us super happy!
WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF YOUR DAY?
The best part of my day is waking up and engaging with people either on social media or responding to emails from folks asking questions about products. Shipping new orders out and knowing that the products we are sending their way will have the ability to make their day better. All our orders have a handwritten note to say thank you and build a community around what we are doing.
WHY DO YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?
That is a simple question, I do what I do because I love to do things I love. Engaging with people with products that I believe in and being able to help them learn and find the right solution is the driving force behind what makes me happy.
BEST PART ABOUT BEING A COLORADO BRAND?
Being a Colorado business especially in the Cannabis space working with CBD is amazing. We have partnered with around 25 different companies to source and curate the marketplace as it stands currently and talking with companies, we always find it coming back to Colorado-grown hemp which makes us very happy.
